When you make a pivot in your business, you sometimes worry about, how do I explain it, how do people know, where can we find them? Everyone was talking about the mask shortage, and we were there to provide people with a solution. So yeah, it can be hard to cut through the noise, but I think if what you’re doing is relevant and also offers something positive, I think a lot of people were and are frustrated by the pessimism in the news, if you’re there how to track results and improve them? and not only being relevant but also showing the positive side of it all, it can really get a lot of attention.
